• Concept development, SketchUp modeling, and Enscape renderings were developed to support the community voting and approval process for the new hospitality complex

• Continued involvement through design development, space planning, FF&E selections, flooring distribution, installation documentation, and coordination through installation

• Reflected ceiling plans and finish coordination

Features

The completed Phase 1 scope introduced a newly constructed bistro, expanded kitchen, and resort-style pool, thoughtfully designed to create a seamless flow between indoor dining, covered outdoor seating, and the pool deck for an elevated hospitality experience. Future master-planned phases envisioned a two-story lakeside wellness and community center, along with additional recreational amenities and landscaped walkways intended to further enhance the property’s social and leisure offerings.
